Water Treatment Resins - Chemical Resin Regeneration
We provide turnkey services to coordinate the removal and reinstallation of your ion exchange resin. With complete responsibility in our hands, you can be assured that your project will be completed on-time, within budget and in complete compliance.
We provide services for salvaging your fouled, cross-contaminated and/or exhausted resin. We can remove resins, transport them to our local processing plant, convert the resins and return them to your facility. This process extends useful life, minimizes costs and reduces system downtime. We can also do this on a scheduled basis for condensate polishing or other water treatment applications. The resin can be transported to and from the job site in 55-gallon drums, lined fiber drums or super sacks. |

Service Deionization (SDI)
Service deionization (SDI) is a convenient, safe and economical way to produce high-purity deionized water. Portable SDI requires no system installation, no chemical handling, and no maintenance.
An SDI system consists of activated carbon and ion exchange resin contained in portable tanks, custom-designed and configured to meet your water purity requirements and flow rates. SDI is widely used to meet high purity water requirements including laboratory, hemodialysis, microelectronics as well as general industrial applications.. How we deliver? A local technician delivers freshly regenerated tanks that are quality tested and meet rigid quality control standards. For medical applications, our tanks are regenerated in FDA-registered facilities in accordance with QSR/GMP requirements.
